Many companies selling property will just sell you a home and wish you good luck. You now own a property – what next?

You pay them what they call it maintenance but do they really do any maintenance to your villa, we all know the answer.

Unlike these other property companies, we offer you a complete after sales service and villa maintenance well after the purchase is finalized. Our Villa Management services team will look after you well past completion date.

If you are in the process of having a property built, we can be your ‘eyes’, liaising with the developer/builder, providing you with reports and photographs, and ensuring that the property is completed to the high standard that you will expect.

Our cleaners and maintenance team will ensure that your property is maintained and cleaned on regular – monthly or quarterly - basis to the high standards you would expect for yourself.

We provide maintenance and cleaning annual contract for the interiors & exteriors which means cleaning the outside & rooftop of the property and all windows and walkways using air and water pressure, a full service that we call HOUSE SHOWER.

How does it work?

When you call us we will send our team to check all the systems installed to see if any of them will need replacement, then we will send you a quotation the following day depends on the number of visits you would like us to do: either monthly or quarterly or maybe just once in your home or your holiday home anywhere in Egypt.

Once you sign with Best Homes for annual maintenance contract we will send our staff within 48 hours to one week to do the first visit.

What we will do exactly during the visit?

Cleaning

Our cleaning staff will do a general check to all the systems of the villa to ensure that everything is running smoothly and in case of finding any fault it will be fixed or replaced immediately without any extra charge.

While cleaning staff will take care of the interior and the exterior of the villa.

Interiors:

The interior staff will clean all the walls and floor corners with air pressure after covering all the furniture & floor with plastic covers, they will also clean all the A/C ducts, compressors and fan units.

Exteriors:

This is really amazing, watch your outside villa original color coming back and watch the walk ways tiles original colors coming back to life.

You will be surprised of the way your villa will look.

The exterior staff will start washing the villa exterior, rooftop and walkways with water jet & air nozzles and clean the garden with vacuum cleaner and then clean all the windows from inside and outside. It’s a real shower we are giving to your villa.

We will also give a shower to your cars using steam cleaners for the inside and special liquids for the engines leaving your cars in the best condition as the day you received it from the agency.

We never leave any miss behind, we will take any remaining with us leaving your villa shining and leave you to enjoy what we did to your villa.

A coordinator to coordinate the operation between staff and client.

Once the job is done, our coordinator will give you a report with what’s been done in the villa and if any comments he will mention in the report.
