How often do you visit my house?
Usually we do it every 2 months but we can do it more or less frequent depends on your needs.
What if something went wrong between visits?
If any emergency should arise like A/C breakdown or leakage in the water system or even a toilet flush stop working; don’t panic we are here, we will send you a technician within 24 hours to fix it and if anything needs replacement we will replace it without any extra charge.
Can I use your services without annual contract?
Yes, we can offer our full services as many times as you require or when ever you need us & wherever you need us which is very convenient for clients who wish to start their vacation soon and want to have a peace of mind not to travel and find surprises waiting to ruin their holidays.
Our team will travel before you and make sure everything is ready for you to come and really enjoy every single minute of your holiday.
What type of staff do you have?
Very professional trained staff with a coordinator who will put a maintenance and cleaning plan and will be the liaison between the staff and the landlord.
How long it will take to finish the job?
It is totally depends on the situation, if there is people inside the house or not and also depends on the size of the house but we do our best to finish the job before sunset.
Do you clean the furniture?
We are not a regular cleaning company, we concentrate on washing the house and restore the original color of the out side but we do upon request use steam cleaners only to do the curtains and beds to kill the bed bugs. We don’t use shampoo or any type of liquid to clean furniture.
What type of machines do you use?
We use professional steam cleaners, vacuum cleaners, air and water jet.
Do you cover furniture while cleaning?
Yes we do cover furniture and floors with hard plastic sheets, we never leave any mess behind, we pride ourselves as the best in client satisfaction so be rest assured that we will always leave your house in a better condition.
Can I clean different houses with one contract?
Unfortunately No, as every house is unique and we prepare our quotation according to the size and the equipment installed in the house.
Do you cover all of Egypt or just some parts?
Yes we offer our services to any house in any location in Egypt.
How much time do I need to contact you to do your service to my house inside or outside Cairo.
For our clients with annual contract we will set the next visit date while on every visit and then confirm it again one week prior to the visit. Our clients who would like to use our service without contract, they will have to contact us 10 days prior to the desired date.
Do you charge any extra for replacing any of the spare parts?
No we will not charge any extra, we will provide any spare parts for anything in the house except the A/C compressor.
Do you help with moving furniture to a new house?
Yes we do, actually we do it very professionally, we cover everything with hard plastic and delicate pieces with padded plastic sheets, every piece will be numbered and listed in two copies one with us and the other with the client; every piece get a code to know from which room it came from and where it should go in the new house. The client will revise all the pieces and check it on his list as they coming through the new house. All pieces will arrive intact, we also have special trays to move the glasses and cups.
